Woman at reception desk, I have asked later checkout, paid for it. Back to my room and can't open the door because lock declined my key. So instead of later checkout I've got an early paid checkout) Back to reception and woman (forgot her name) say that I need to wait because she is busy. Got help from other stuff, but it was unpleasantly.

Lovely vacation

The food was amazing and the staff was very friendly and helpful - two most important things. Outside pools were already very cold, but inside pool was warm and a great bonus. Also great that the beach was right there, especially with a child. Rooms looked nice and updated, bed was comfortable.

Room sizes are very standard, would've liked a little bigger one. Had a big terrace, needed some updating though. Little far from the city, especially if you want to visit every day, but luckily the bus-stop was right outside the hotel and bus service was really good.

Very good stay, would stay here again and for longer.

Staff were all very friendly and attentive, house keeping were excellent. Good variety of food and all the staff in the restaurants were on hand for anything we needed. All areas of the hotel were very clean and tidy.

The rooms are all standard size but decent, I think I’m just used to bigger rooms but our room was lovely with a terrace.

It may be 4 stars, but it has a 5 star feel. Champagne for breakfast, amazing lemonade at the entrance, very clean and high quality interiors - and - people really looking to help and cater! Latter is a particularly rare find, which makes me want to come back (been to Cyprus 15ish times, but first time reviewing a hotel here)… Special thanks to Magda at the front desk and Marianna - head of cleaning team

4/5 for location as no direct sea view - however all in line with what is advertised and actual sea view turned out to be way better than what is normally called “side sea view”

Amazing staff. We got a free room upgrade so that was lovely. Beach activities available.

Although local to the hotel we used it as a base for a weekend event and took time to use the spa.

Nice atmosphere, in the bar area, Sauna and pool well managed and enjoyable. Really enjoyed the breakfast, although we hit it at peak time and struggled to find a table as it was cool and damp outside so most wanted to eat indoors. Only a short wait for an available table.

Hotel is beautiful and clean. The food is super delicious and arranged with taste. From the side sea rooms you can see romantic sunrises or sunsets. Front sea view is something you'll always remember. Stuff members are polite and professional. Restaurants with terrace or outside space are spots where you want to enjoy not just food, you have full summertime vibes experience. To sum up, my late getaway impressions are Elena masseuse from "Ether" spa, helpful and kind waiters/ses and super efficient maids. So, people. Well organised and trained team can make your staying really comfortable and pleasant. Facilities in the room are nice, bathroom meets the highest standards, beach is clean, sea is clear, you have everything to enjoy your vacation. Overall, I would like to be back and I highly recommend this place for the families and couples since there are so many contents I haven't mentioned since I was there as solo traveler. You will meet your expectations for sure.

Since I was there at the end of the season, there are some things which spoiled my whole experience. Two days I had what I expected from the full board but after that the hotel started to shut down slowly. But I guess that's standard procedure. Heating off and coffee machine off were things that I didn't like. The rooms are not soundproof so if you want to enjoy the silence you might need hearing pads. It's a little away from the city center, so you need to travel to the city marina and urban events as well as historical points.

Wonderful

Hotel was right next to beach and had shops and restaurants nearby in walking distance. Lovely lady at reception when we check in and we were given fresh lemonade arrival drink. Clean and comfortable hotel room. Personally found the bed very comfortable, as for my boyfriend the bed is a little short for him. We were given a nice little welcome note with a box of cyprus delight and 2x voucher to use in the spa in the hotel during our stay. Breakfast buffet at the hotel is nice with some variety of choices. We were able to extend to an hour extra for check out with the same lady at the reception without any extra fee.

Did not like the air conditioning as it wasn't strong enough. Even during our stay in November, the room feel very warm and stuffy. We have to open the balcony door to get some fresh cold air and had to kept it open all day and night while we there. (not a major problem but cannot imagine staying there during summer when the temperature will be much hotter)
